Is the route suitable for beginners?
Yes. Stages range from 34 to 69 km of cycling, with the terrain mostly flat to downhill. The boat across Lake Garda and train to Verona add variety and rest. A reasonable level of cycling fitness is recommended.
What is special about this route compared to other Adige tours?
This tour combines the Adige cycle path with a boat cruise across Lake Garda and the Mincio cycling path to Mantua. It is the most varied Adige route, adding lakeside and riverside scenery to the Alpine valleys.
Can I attend the opera at the Arena di Verona?
Yes. Arena tickets for unnumbered stone steps (Gradinata) are available for €42 per person. The opera season runs from 12 June to 12 September.
Is demi-board available?
Yes. Demi-board for three evenings (3-course dinner) is available for €99 per person.
How do I get back to Nauders?
A return bus from Verona to Nauders runs every Friday and Saturday during the full season. The surcharge is €69 per person.
