🙋 Common questions
Is the route suitable for beginners?
Yes. The Adige classic route is mostly flat to gently downhill. Stages range from 24 to 77 km. A reasonable level of fitness for cycling longer distances is recommended, but no previous touring experience is needed.
Can I attend the opera at the Arena di Verona?
Yes. Arena tickets for unnumbered stone steps (Gradinata) are available as a surcharge of €42 per person. The opera season runs from 11 June to 11 September. Tickets are collected at door 7.
Is demi-board available?
Yes. You can add demi-board for four evenings (3-course dinner) for €110 per person.
How do I get back to Nauders?
A return bus transfer from Verona to Nauders runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the full season. The surcharge is €69 per person. If you bring your own bike, optional return transport for the bike costs €40 (to be booked in advance).
What type of bikes can I use?
You may bring your own bike or rent a trekking bike (€90) or e-bike (€200) for the full duration. Bikes are collected at the tour info point in Nauders.
Is there a bus transfer during the tour?
Yes. On day 6, a short included bus transfer takes you to the San Giovanni Pass, from where you continue cycling.
When can I depart?
Departures daily (in July and August no arrivals on Tuesdays or Wednesdays).
Can children join the tour?
Yes. Children 0-6 travel free, 7-11 get 50% off, and 12-15 get 25% off. Maximum one child per double room with two full-paying adults.

• 83 to 42 days before the departure date: 50% penalty of the total package
• 41 to 28 days before the departure date: 70% penalty of the total package
• 27 to 15 days before the departure date: 80% penalty of the total package
• 14 to 0 days before the departure date: 90% penalty of the total package
• No-show: 100% penalty of the total package
