Common questions
Can I bring my own bike?
Certainly! You can participate in any tour with your own bike or rent one. However, we recommend renting because not all spare parts are the same, and only with our bikes can we guarantee you the best mechanical assistance.
What is the cost of bike rental?
The cost of rental varies depending on the bike model and the duration of the tour. For some tours, we offer the possibility to rent different types of bicycles. During the purchase process, you will be asked to indicate the type of bike you prefer, and the corresponding price will be provided, so you can choose freely and without surprises.
Are rented bikes equipped with accessories such as lights or bags?
Yes, rented bicycles are equipped with all the necessary accessories to comply with road regulations (lights, bell, etc.). A lock, a repair kit, and a bag to carry everything you need for your day out are always included in the rental. Additionally, we offer the possibility to request additional accessories according to your needs.
Are there rental options for electric bikes?
Certainly, in all our trips, we always offer the choice of an electric bike for those who desire a more comfortable travel experience.
Can I have child seats on rented bikes?
On all tours indicated as "family tours," we provide child seats that can be mounted on our rented bicycles. We recommend indicating this need at the time of booking to ensure availability.
How can I check the availability of bikes in a certain size?
We'll take care of it. During the booking process, you will be asked to provide your height to allow us to find the most suitable bike for you.
Is a deposit required for bike rental?
No, but in some cases, the local rental provider may require a credit card as a guarantee for the rental.
In case of breakdown, how does mechanical assistance work?
In self-guided trips, you'll need to be able to perform minor repairs, such as replacing a punctured inner tube or putting a fallen chain back in place, but you can always rely on on-site assistance for more serious breakdowns. On-site assistance will assess the extent of the damage with you and, based on the logistics of the stage, work with you to find the most effective solution to continue your vacation. In guided tours, the guide will intervene on the spot.
