• Is the route suitable for beginners?

  

  Yes. The route from Nauders to Arco follows the Adige cycle path, which is mostly flat to gently downhill. No previous touring experience is required, though a reasonable level of fitness for cycling 50-77 km per day is recommended.

• What type of bikes can I use?

  

  You may bring your own bike or rent a trekking bike (€90) or e-bike (€200) for the entire tour. Bikes are collected at the Donau Touristik info point in Nauders on your arrival day.

• Is there a luggage transfer service?

  

  Yes. Your luggage is transported daily from hotel to hotel. You only need a daypack while cycling.

• Is demi-board available?

  

  Yes. You can add demi-board for three evenings (3-course dinner) at a surcharge of €79 per person.

• How do I get back to Nauders?

  

  A return bus transfer from Arco/Riva to Nauders is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (full season), plus Thursdays from mid-May to early July and in September. The surcharge is €69 per person. If you bring your own bike, optional return transport for the bike costs €38 (to be booked in advance).

• When can I depart?

  

  Departures daily (in July and August no arrivals on Tuesdays or Wednesdays).

• Can children join the tour?

  

  Yes. Children aged 0-6 travel free, ages 7-11 receive a 50% discount, and ages 12-15 receive a 25% discount. Maximum one child per double room with two full-paying adults.

• What about parking in Nauders?

  

  Free unguarded parking is available at the Donau Touristik info point for the duration of the tour.
