Short Description

The SELECT edition of the legendary Munich to Venice cycle route elevates every night to a handpicked 4-star hotel. The same thrilling Alpine crossing — Bavarian lakeland, Tyrolean valleys, Dolomite peaks and Venetian plains — now paired with superior comfort after each day in the saddle.

Tour Program

Day 1: Arrival in Munich
Settle into your 4-star hotel in Bavaria's vibrant capital and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Munich – Bad Tölz (60 km)
You will follow the River Isar south through pristine woodland and lush meadows. Baroque abbeys and riverside paths will lead you to Bad Tölz, a charming spa town backed by the Alps.

Day 3: Bad Tölz – Hall in Tirol (100 km)
The Isar will guide you to Lake Sylvenstein and on through the Karwendel nature park. You will cross into Austria, glide past the turquoise Achensee, and follow the Inn cycle path to the medieval town of Hall in Tirol.

Day 4: Hall in Tirol – Bressanone (96 km or 88 km + train)
A short ride brings you to Innsbruck. Explore the Golden Roof and the Bergisel ski jump before the train whisks you over the Brenner Pass. From the summit you will freewheel south through Vipiteno to sunny Bressanone.

Day 5: Bressanone – Villabassa or Dobbiaco (60–65 km)
You will pedal along the River Rienza through the Puster Valley. In Brunico, visit the Folklore Museum and the Messner Mountain Museum before continuing to Villabassa or Dobbiaco.

Day 6: Villabassa or Dobbiaco – Pieve di Cadore (60–65 km)
A spectacular stage along the old railway cycle path. You will pass Lake Dobbiaco and Lake Landro with views of the Tre Cime, ride through illuminated tunnels into Cortina d'Ampezzo, and descend through the Boite Valley to Pieve di Cadore, birthplace of Titian.

Day 7: Pieve di Cadore – Conegliano (80 km)
You will ride past Longarone — rebuilt after the 1963 Vajont dam tragedy — and glide through the pre-Alpine foothills to reach Conegliano, gateway to the Prosecco wine country.

Day 8: Conegliano – Venice/Mestre (95 km)
Your final full day will take you across the Veneto plains to Treviso and its elegant canals. You will pass Palladian villas before reaching Mestre, gateway to Venice. Cross the lagoon to explore the Serenissima.

Day 9: Venice/Mestre – Departure
Individual departure or extend your stay to explore Venice at leisure.
