A return bus transfer from Arco/Riva to Schlanders/Naturns is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (full season), plus Thursdays from mid-May to early July and in September. The surcharge is €69 per person.

Is half-board available?

No. This tour includes bed and breakfast only. Restaurants and local eateries are plentiful along the route.

Can children join the tour?

Yes. Children aged 0-6 travel free, ages 7-11 receive a 50% discount, and ages 12-15 receive a 25% discount. Maximum one child per double room with two full-paying adults.

What are the arrival restrictions in summer?

In July and August, arrivals are only possible from Thursday to Monday. No arrivals on Tuesdays or Wednesdays during these months.

Tour Program

Day 1: Arrival in Schlanders/Naturns
You will arrive in Schlanders or Naturns, nestled in the heart of the Vinschgau valley. Depending on availability, free public parking is approximately 10 minutes from the hotel or directly at the hotel for an additional charge. You will collect your travel documents and rental bikes (if booked). Overnight in a 3-star hotel.

Day 2: Schlanders/Naturns – Bolzano (69 km)
You will pedal past well-tended apple orchards towards Merano, then continue to the confluence of the Adige and Isarco rivers near the impressive Sigmundskron Castle before arriving in Bolzano. The terrain is flat to slightly downhill throughout the day. Overnight in a 3- or 4-star hotel on the outskirts of town.

Day 3: Bolzano – Trento (65 km)
You will cycle along the Adige River, passing through the Salurner Klause and San Michele all'Adige before reaching the centre of the historic council town of Trento. Overnight in a 3-star hotel.

Day 4: Trento – Arco/Riva del Garda (51 km)
You will follow the Adige River through picturesque vineyards to Rovereto and Mori. The route climbs slightly to San Giovanni before descending to Lake Garda at Torbole and finally reaching Arco or Riva del Garda. Overnight in a 3-star hotel.

Day 5: Departure
Your tour ends after breakfast. You may journey home or extend your stay with additional nights.
