An 8-night loop ride around Lake Constance weaving through Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Pedal past the Bregenz lake stage, see the impressive Rhine Falls by boat, stroll through picturesque Stein am Rhein and explore the island of Mainau — all while your luggage travels ahead to good 3- and 4-star hotels. A relaxed itinerary with a rest day in Constance that lets you savour every lakeside moment.

Tour Program

Day 1 — Arrival in Bregenz
Settle into your 4-star hotel in the festival city of Bregenz. Collect your travel documents and rental bike (if booked) at the info point. The rest of the day is yours to explore the lakefront promenade or ride the Pfänderbahn cable car up and down (without bike) — included in the tour.

Day 2 — Bregenz → Güttingen / Egnach (46–56 km)
Ride past the festival house and the lake stage and on to Mehrerau and its active monastery. Cross into Switzerland via the Altenrhein nature reserve to Staad, passing Rorschach and Arbon before reaching your overnight stop.

Day 3 — Güttingen / Egnach → Singen / Rielasingen (55–65 km)
Follow the lake to Kreuzlingen and on to Ermatingen. Continue via Berlingen to the picturesque village of Stein am Rhein, then pedal on to Singen/Rielasingen, below the Hohentwiel Fortress (entrance included).

Day 4 — Singen / Rielasingen loop via Rhine Falls (55 km)
Cycle the Rhine path to Schaffhausen and its Munot fortress, then on to the impressive Rhine Falls, where an included boat trip brings you close to the falls. Return to the same hotel for a second night.

Day 5 — Singen / Rielasingen → Constance / Kreuzlingen (57 km)
Cross the Höri peninsula to Radolfzell, ride past the monastery island of Reichenau (optional +16 km island tour) and arrive in the historic council city of Constance. Check into your hotel for two nights.

Day 6 — Rest day in Constance
A full free day to explore the council city of Constance at your own pace, or pedal to the island of Mainau (+14 km). Second night in Constance.

Day 7 — Constance → Friedrichshafen (47 km + ferry)
Take the short ferry from Wallhausen to Überlingen (included), then ride past the pile dwellings at Uhldingen, via Meersburg and Immenstaad to Friedrichshafen, with its customs office building, castle church and Zeppelin Museum.

Day 8 — Friedrichshafen → Bregenz (35 km)
Visit the Zeppelin Museum if you like, then cycle through the Argenmündung nature reserve to the island town of Lindau. Cross back into Austria and finish your loop in Bregenz.

Day 9 — Departure
Breakfast and individual departure, or extend your stay with additional nights.
