Short Description

South Dalmatia by bike and boat means eight days island-hopping from Trogir on a comfortable motor yacht. You cycle Vis, Korčula, Hvar, Brač and Šolta, then swim from the deck, watch lavender fields slide past and fall asleep in a different harbour every night.

Tour Program

Day 1: Trogir – Milna, Island of Brač (0 km)
You will arrive independently in Trogir, roughly 6 km from Split airport, and step aboard your motor yacht from 1 pm. At 2 pm the lines are cast off and the first crossing begins, carrying you over to the island of Brač. The night is spent in the quiet harbour town of Milna.

Day 2: Island of Vis – Vela Luka, Island of Korčula (31 km)
Over breakfast the boat will bring you to Vis, the furthest island from the Croatian mainland. A Greek colony called Issa stood here 2,300 years ago, and its strategic position kept it a closed military zone until 1995. You will explore it by bicycle before the boat carries you on to Korčula, where you will spend the night in Vela Luka.

Day 3: Vela Luka – Korčula Town (60 km)
Today you will discover Korčula by bike, with a lunch break in one of the local restaurants. Calm, remote, thick with vegetation and cypress gardens, this is arguably the most beautiful Dalmatian island. Your route runs through the village of Blato, built like Rome on seven hills, over a pass across Pupnat bay and finally into Korčula town, where narrow fishbone alleys invite a walk. You will stay overnight in town.

Day 4: Hvar Town – Stari Grad, Island of Hvar (19 km)
The boat cruises to Hvar while you enjoy breakfast, with time for a swim straight from the deck and a relaxed lunch at anchor before you land. Ashore you will soak up the magnificent Renaissance square of Hvar town and the view up to the Spanish Fortress. Your ride then leads to the island's finest viewpoints and past fragrant wild lavender fields to Stari Grad, where a guided city tour fills the afternoon. The night is spent here.

Day 5: Milna – Postira, Island of Brač (29 km)
In the morning you will cruise to Brač, famous for the radiant limestone used in part for the White House in Washington and for the Reichstag building in Berlin. Your ride starts from Milna and rewards you with fantastic views over the neighbouring islands before dropping down to the harbour of Postira, where a relaxing afternoon, a swim and a quiet evening in this sleepy seaside town await.

Day 6: Omiš round tour – Island of Šolta (43 km)
Over breakfast the boat brings you to Omiš. Here you will choose between a bus transfer to go rafting through the Cetina Canyon, which is not included in the tour price, and a bike tour around Omiš. The ride takes you once around the outskirts of the canyon, with great views over the river before you drop back down towards the sea. In the afternoon you will cruise to Šolta and spend the night in one of its quiet local harbours.

Day 7: Island of Šolta – Trogir (19 km)
After breakfast you will set out on your last cycle tour. Walled fields, olive groves, locust bean and fig trees line the roads, and the herbal scent of rosemary follows you across the island. Your boat awaits in Maslinica for the final crossing back to Trogir, where, if time permits, you can walk the World Heritage old town. The last evening on board follows a fine tradition: a communal dinner and a farewell get-together with crew and guides.

Day 8: Trogir – Disembarkation (0 km)
After breakfast you will disembark by 9 am and travel home independently, or stay on to explore more of Dalmatia and Croatia.
