Tour Program

Day 1: Arrival in Paimpol
Your adventure begins in Paimpol, a lively fishing town steeped in maritime heritage. You will stroll its cobbled streets, wander through the historic centre, and soak in the atmosphere of its charming port and marina.

Day 2: Paimpol – Perros-Guirec (46 km; +388m)
You will follow the Vélomaritime cycle route through peaceful villages and the rolling Breton countryside. The scenic Trieux and Jaudy estuaries will unfold before you as you pedal towards Perros-Guirec, a renowned seaside resort where the ocean meets the pink granite.

Day 3: Pink Granite Coast Excursion (44 km; +436m)
Today you will cycle through the heart of one of Brittany's greatest natural wonders — the Pink Granite Coast. Offshore lies the Sept-Îles archipelago, a protected bird reserve, while the fairytale Costaérès Castle perches on a tiny island near Ploumanac'h, offering one of the coast's most iconic views.

Day 4: Perros-Guirec – Tréguier (46 km; +671m)
You will ride along the dramatic coastline, passing hidden coves and windswept headlands, en route to the Plougrescant chasm where the sea rushes between two cliffs. The medieval town of Tréguier awaits you with its Gothic cathedral and half-timbered houses.

Day 5: Tréguier – Paimpol (43 km; +463m)
You will cycle back across the Jaudy estuary and head toward the Sillon du Talbert, a rare natural formation — a narrow strip of sand and pebbles stretching more than 3 km into the sea. This extraordinary spit shelters the Bay of Paimpol, creating a unique and mesmerising landscape. You will then cross the Trieux estuary to return to Paimpol.

Day 6: Excursion to Bréhat Island (13 km; +134m) + free time
A short ride will bring you to the Arcouest pier, where a quick ferry crossing takes you to Bréhat — a car-free island paradise known as the "Island of Flowers". Camellias, mimosas, and agapanthus thrive here thanks to the mild Gulf Stream climate. You will wander its trails at your own pace, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere before returning by ferry and bike to Paimpol.
