Short Description

A 7-day self-guided cycling tour from Rennes to Mont Saint-Michel covering 240 km through Brittany's countryside. Ride along quiet canal paths and medieval villages to France's most iconic island abbey. From €924 per person.

Tour Program

Day 1: Arrival in Rennes
You will discover Rennes and its historic quarters, from half-timbered streets to the 17th‑century Parliament House.

Day 2: Rennes – Hédé (45 km; +200 m) or Rennes – St Brieux des Iffs (50 km; +285 m)
You will leave Rennes on cycling paths and join the ‘Voie Verte’. You will ride along the Canal de l’Ille et Rance through peaceful green scenery.

Day 3: Hédé – Dinan (37 km; +215 m) or St Brieux des Iffs – Dinan (37 km; +210 m)
You will continue beside the canal from lock to lock, crossing farmlands and typical Breton villages before reaching the medieval town of Dinan.

Day 4: Dinan – Dinard – Saint-Malo (27 km; +175 m)
You will reach the Rance Valley and follow ‘Voie Verte’ paths to Dinard, with beaches and seaside heritage. You will then take the bus boat to Saint-Malo and visit the intra‑muros town fortified by Vauban.

Day 5: Saint-Malo – Dol de Bretagne (49 km; +300 m) or Saint-Malo – St Méloir des Ondes (33 km; +285 m)
You will ride the coast via Pointe du Grouin, then reach Cancale and its oyster farms. You will continue along the seaside via Le Vivier sur Mer with Mont Saint-Michel in sight, before arriving in Dol de Bretagne.

Day 6: Dol de Bretagne – Pontorson (Mont St Michel) (32 km; +80 m) or St Méloir des Ondes – Mont St Michel (38 km; +55 m)
You will leave the oyster parks near Vivier sur Mer and reach Mont Saint-Michel. You will walk its medieval streets, visit the abbey and city walls, then follow the Couesnon Valley to Pontorson.
