Pearls of Dalmatia Trogir to Dubrovnik

Day 1: Trogir (Embarkation)
You will arrive individually in Trogir. Check-in on board begins at 1 p.m. A guided walking tour will then take you through the UNESCO World Heritage old town and its landmarks. The boat spends the first night in Trogir.

Day 2: Trogir – Island of Brač: Milna – Island of Hvar (32 km)
The ship crosses to Brač, the island of the radiant limestone that was used, among others, for the White House in Washington and for the Reichstag building in Berlin. From the harbour town of Milna you will ride a panoramic round tour of the island. Back on board, the crossing brings you to the artists' town of Stari Grad on Hvar, where the boat moors for the night.

Day 3: Hvar Island: Stari Grad – Hvar – Island of Korčula (22 km)
Today you will ride from Stari Grad across to Hvar town, on the opposite side of the island, through lavender fields and small villages. On arrival there is time for a stroll: standing on the Renaissance square you can look up to the Spanish fortress that towers over the town. You will board for lunch and cruise to the harbour town of Vela Luka on Korčula.

Day 4: Island of Korčula: Vela Luka – Korčula Town (60 km)
The longest ride of the week will carry you the length of Korčula, through a mild Mediterranean climate and a broad variety of landscapes. Take your time, and stop for the view over the deep blue sea and the neighbouring islands. Korčula town, with its fishbone alleyways, competes with Venice for the honour of being the birthplace of Marco Polo. You will spend the night here, and a guided city tour will fill in the anecdotes behind the history of the town and the island.

Day 5: Island of Korčula – Lastovo (28 km)
In the morning you will leave the bustle of Korčula for the tranquil island of Lastovo. On the way there is a swim stop straight from the boat and lunch on board before you set off to explore on your bikes. Lastovo is one of the smaller inhabited islands of the Adriatic; the Emperor Augustus appreciated its mild climate, and in Roman times it was named Augusta Insula after him. The gold-coloured white wine Marastina is grown here. The night is spent in a secluded natural harbour.

Day 6: Mljet Island: Mljet National Park (30 km)
Breakfast will be served while the ship cruises to Mljet, the most forested island in the Mediterranean, with woodland over seventy per cent of its surface. Homer made it the home of the nymph Calypso, who kept Odysseus here for seven years. The afternoon is given to a round tour on the bikes through Mljet National Park.

Day 7: Mljet Island – Dubrovnik (33 km)
From Pomena you will cycle the length of this densely wooded island, riding in the shade of the trees, to the harbour of Sobra. From there you will take the last crossing of the week towards Dubrovnik. On arrival there is time to explore the UNESCO World Heritage city and to join a guided city tour. A cheerful evening meal on board closes the week with your fellow travellers and the tour guides.

Day 8: Dubrovnik (Disembarkation)
End of your tour: disembarkation after breakfast, until 9 a.m., followed by your individual journey home or an extended stay in Croatia.
