Where does the tour start and end?
The tour starts in Bordeaux on Day 1 and ends in Biarritz on the morning of Day 8. An optional extension adds a final cycling stage from Biarritz to Hendaye with one extra night in Hendaye.
What is the difficulty level?
The tour is classified as Moderate. You will cycle 6 stages over 8 days — around 318 km on the main route — mostly on dedicated cycle paths, with a few gentle climbs and the possibility of longer variants on Days 4 to 7.
When can the tour be operated?
Daily departures are available from April to October 2026, with three rate seasons: Low (14-30 April and 1-10 October), Mid (18 May to end of June and September), and High (1-17 May and July-August).
Which bike types are available?
You can choose between a hybrid bike, or an e-bike. Helmets are not provided by default and are available on request only.
What is included in the package?
The package includes 7 nights in double or twin room on B&B basis, daily luggage transfer (1 suitcase up to 20 kg per person), the boat transfer from Cap Ferret to Arcachon on Day 3, a custom navigation app with points of interest, a travel folder per room with the Travel Plan, a 7/7 hotline and city taxes.
