You will ride through olive groves toward Gallipoli, follow the coast down to Santa Maria di Leuca where the two seas meet, then trace the Adriatic shoreline to Otranto. You will return to Lecce with time for cathedral visits, old-town strolls, and unhurried coastal stops along the way.
