How difficult is this cycling tour?
The terrain is almost entirely flat, typical of the Netherlands. Daily distances range from 20 to 58 km, with shorter and longer options available each day. No previous touring experience is required, making this tour suitable for leisure cyclists and families.
What type of accommodation is provided?
You will stay on board a traditional Dutch river barge in a twin cabin with en-suite shower, toilet, individually controlled air conditioning, and a window. Bed linen and towels are provided, and cabins are cleaned daily.
Are meals included?
Yes. The tour includes 7 breakfasts, packed lunches for cycling days, and 7 three-course dinners on board. Coffee and tea are available until 4 PM. Drinks from the bar are not included.
Do I need to bring my own bicycle?
No. Touring bicycles and e-bikes are available for rental on board. A touring bike costs approximately 91 EUR per week and an e-bike approximately 252 EUR per week. You may also bring your own bicycle for a small parking fee.
Is the tour guided or self-guided?
The tour is semi-guided. An experienced tour leader on board provides daily route briefings and cycles the routes as well. You ride independently at your own pace using detailed maps, printed route descriptions, and GPS tracks via a free app.

• Up to 84 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price
• From 84 to 42 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the travel price
• From 42 to 28 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the travel price
• From 28 to 8 day before the start of the trip: 90% of the travel price
• 7 to 0 days before the departure date: 100% penalty of the total package
