**Day 1: Arrival in Paris** **Day 2: Paris – Versailles (36 km)** You will ride around Paris, passing Notre Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower and other must-see sites, then cycle through the valley of La Bièvre to Versailles. **Day 3: Versailles – Hanches (69 km)** You will cycle in the Valley de la Chevreuse (châteaux, museums, washhouses, villages; farms in the Regional Natural Park), then enter the Domaine de Rambouillet and arrive in Epernon. **Day 4: Epernon – Illiers Combray (66 km)** You will pass small villages, with the possibility to visit the château of Madame de Maintenon and its French-style garden. You will visit Chartres and its cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage; sculpted gates; stained glass from the 12th–13th centuries), then continue to Illiers-Combray. **Day 5: Illiers Combray – Condeau (56 km)** You will ride into the National Park of Perche. You may visit a Percheron horse breeding centre and take a carriage ride; cider producers may offer tastings. **Day 6: Condeau – Alençon (69 km)** You will ride in the National Park of Normandie Maine (partly on a cycle path) to Alençon, known for needle lacemaking (UNESCO registered). **Day 7: Alençon – Bagnoles-de l’Orne (54 km)** A more challenging day with views; you can visit the Château de Carrouges. You will end in Bagnoles de l'Orne (Belle Epoque neighbourhood; baths). **Day 8: Bagnoles – St Hilaire du Harcouët (61 km)** You will ride through forests to Domfront (historical town centre), mostly on dedicated cycle routes, then finish in Saint Hilaire. **Day 9: St Hilaire – Mont St Michel (61 km)** You will reach Mont St-Michel and its Gothic Abbey; the bay’s tidal variations change the views. **Day 10: Departure** After breakfast, transfer to the train station of Saint Malo.
