A 6‑day e‑bike journey along the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Peninsula. You will roll from Vietri sul Mare to Sorrento, base yourselves in Amalfi and in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, and trace cliff roads past Cetara, Ravello and Positano. Capri appears on the horizon, Mount Vesuvius frames the Bay of Naples, and every bend opens sea and lemon‑grove views. Average riding time: about 3–5 hours per day.

What is included? 5 nights in characteristic hotels/agriturismo (BB/HB), breakfasts, 1 dinner, route notes and tourist info, maps (1:50,000 or better), GPX‑tracks, high‑quality e‑bike rental for 5 days (road or hybrid on request), briefing/bike fitting, bike delivery/collection, luggage transfers, 24/7 local assistance. How difficult is the cycling? Easy to Moderate (2–3): mostly moderate rides with some longer climbs on paved roads. Traffic increases in summer and on holidays. Extensions and shortcuts are possible. General fitness to ride several hours—even in warm weather—is recommended. Where does the tour start and end? Start in Vietri, a few kilometres from Salerno (train from Naples/Rome). End after breakfast on Day 6 in Sant’Agata above Sorrento. From Sorrento, Naples and its airport are reachable by local train or bus. Can I travel solo? Yes. The tour can be booked from one person. Single rooms usually available with a supplement. On some trips a Solo Traveller Supplement may replace the single supplement. What bike is provided? A high‑quality e‑bike for 5 days is included. On request, carbon road bikes or regular hybrid bikes are available at the same price. Bringing your own bike is possible; a discount applies on request.
Day 1: Salerno – Vietri sul Mare (or Cetara) Arrive in Salerno and transfer to Vietri sul Mare (or the fishermen’s village of Cetara). Short briefing and bike fitting. Optional warm‑up spin; evening stroll in the historic centre. Day 2: Vietri & Cetara – Amalfi via Capo d’Orso, Maiori, Minori & Atrani (50–70 km) Follow the eastern Amalfi Coast. Coffee in Cetara’s tiny port, climb to Capo d’Orso for wide views, descend through lemon groves to Maiori and Minori. Option to ride up to Ravello. Continue via whitewashed Atrani and finish in Amalfi. Day 3: Amalfi – Ravello – Tramonti – Maiori – Amalfi (35–60 km) Turn inland under Ravello’s cliffs along the Dragone valley. Detours to Pontone, Minuta and Scala, then visit Ravello’s lanes and gardens. Continue towards Tramonti and descend to Maiori for a coastal return to Amalfi. Day 4: Amalfi – Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi via Praiano & Positano (35–40 km) Ride west past the sea cave and the dramatic Furore fjord. Freewheel into Positano and explore on foot. Climb to the Colli di San Pietro and Colli di Fontanelle, reaching Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi (hotel or agriturismo). Day 5: Sant’Agata – Termini – Sorrento – Sant’Agata (40–50 km) Trace the ridge with views of both gulfs. From Termini, admire Capri and, from San Costanzo, a 360° panorama. Optional descent to Marina del Cantone and Baia di Ieranto. Return via Massa Lubrense; visit Sorrento before the gentle climb back. Day 6: Departure from Sant’Agata Tour ends after breakfast. Optional extra day: ride to the high plain of Mount Faito.
