Day 1: Vienna – Region Bad Deutsch Altenburg (approx. 46 km) You will cycle out of Vienna and enter the green calm of the Donauauen National Park. The route follows the Danube through ancient river forests and the former Roman city of Petronell-Carnuntum, before you reach the spa town of Bad Deutsch Altenburg, surrounded by the vineyards of Carnuntum. Day 2: Region Bad Deutsch Altenburg – Bratislava (approx. 21 km) You will ride a short and scenic stage to the border town of Hainburg. Through an impressive natural landscape, the Danube leads you directly into Bratislava, where the old town rises above the river. Day 3: Bratislava Your journey ends in Bratislava. An included bus transfer will take you back to Vienna, with several daily departures and optional stop at Vienna airport if booked in advance.
