Short Description

Cycle through the heart of Alsace and the German Rhine valley, discovering Strasbourg, Freiburg, and Colmar. Enjoy scenic vineyards, UNESCO heritage sites, and charming wine villages along peaceful cycle paths between two cultures.

Tour Program

Day 1: Arrival in Strasbourg
Arrival in Strasbourg, check-in, and free time to explore the historic city center and its Gothic cathedral.

Day 2: Strasbourg – Ettenheim area (≈ 60 km)
Cross the Rhine into Germany via the Jardin des Deux Rives and ride through the forest and river villages.

Day 3: Ettenheim area – Freiburg (≈ 50 km)
Follow the cycle paths to Freiburg via Riegel and Emmendingen. Discover its cathedral and enjoy panoramic views from the Schlossberg hill.

Day 4: Freiburg – Colmar (≈ 60 km)
Ride along the Breisgau-Radweg to Breisach, then cross into France to visit Neuf-Brisach and Colmar's picturesque old town.

Day 5: Colmar – Riquewihr area (≈ 40 km)
Visit Eguisheim, Turckheim, Kaysersberg, and Riquewihr, among Alsace's most beautiful villages.

Day 6: Riquewihr area – Obernai area (≈ 35–50 km)
Follow the Wine Route via Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Andlau, and Barr.

Day 7: Obernai area – Strasbourg (≈ 40–55 km)
Discover Rosheim's Romanesque church and return to Strasbourg via the Bruche Canal.

Day 8: Departure or extension
End of tour or optional extra night.
