  • The best times to do yoga are in the morning and in the evening. Those who choose to practice yoga in the morning, once their lesson is done, can enjoy a good breakfast based on fruit, nuts and a cup of milk with cereals or oatmeal. Those who prefer to practice in the evening can end their day with a soup or a rich salad.
